Character Referral

This referral form is to help us better understand the applicant. We desire that your answers help us to determine whether LEGACY is a good fit for them but, more importantly, to help us better understand how we can best mentor and shepherd them if they attend our school. Therefore, we appreciate your honesty as you answer these questions. LEGACY will keep your referral confidential.

The Character Referral should not be filled by a friend or sibling but rather by a Pastor, mentor, Bible Study leader, counselor, teacher, employee, etc.
