This referral form is to help us better understand your adult child. We desire that your answers help us to determine whether LEGACY is a good fit for them but, more importantly, to help us better understand how we can best mentor and shepherd them if they attend our school. Therefore, we appreciate your honesty in answering these questions. LEGACY will keep your referral confidential.

Please Note: For applicants who are of age and no longer financially dependent on their parents, an additional Character Referral form can be submitted in place of the Parent Referral.

Please Note: We do not require a Parent Referral for students 25 and older nor those who already live independently from their parents.
