Campus Wishlist

As LEGACY Events and third-party rentals have increased in frequency, so has the need for frequent cleaning. To support our Housing Director, Michelle Broome, this heavy-duty vacuum will greatly improve efficiency in preparing the facilities between events.

As larger groups come for LEGACY events and third-party rentals increase, we need more kitchen counter space and storage in the Lodge. Adding a new countertop and cabinet along the kitchen wall will provide the extra room needed for storage and serving.

We hope to add a new drink station to the Lodge Kitchen, including a filtered water tap to improve service flow and the guest experience.

The Lodge’s screened porch currently lacks sufficient furniture to be fully functional. We hope to add comfortable, durable seating to make it a more inviting and usable gathering space. (Picture is just some sample seating.)

The Fireside Room's 3 couches are worn and need replacement. Because they’re central to the room’s atmosphere, we aim to maintain its warm, inviting feel while investing in durable furniture that will stand the test of time. (Picture is just a sample couch.)

The Lodge's 30 Dining Room chairs have become worn and are in need replacement. We hope to maintain the room’s inviting atmosphere with new seating that’s both comfortable and durable. (Picture is just a sample chair.)

The Lodge’s outdoor grill has been worn out and no longer functions reliably. We hope to invest in a new one to make cooking and meal preparation easier and more enjoyable for guests and students alike.

Some of the Lodge porch furniture has become worn, and we’ve also expanded the porch area near the fireplace to create more seating. We hope to invest in new pieces that maintain the porch’s warm, inviting atmosphere while also accommodating larger gatherings. (Picture is just some sample furniture.)

The washers and dryers at the Girls’ House have seen better days—and with a consistently full house, that’s no small issue. Between rentals, retreats, and the semester, these machines have worked overtime. We’re hoping to replace them with a reliable new set to keep the laundry flowing. 

With so many guests, rentals, and retreats throughout the year, our bedding gets plenty of use. We’re hoping to invest in Replacement Bedding Sets for both the Girls and Guys Houses to keep every room fresh, comfortable, and ready for the next group.
